Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University, Prof. Dr. Anis Khalil Nail, the Department of Pediatrics at the College concluded its training course entitled: “Update Topics in Pediatrics” The course lasted for five days and was held in the morning report hall at Al-Imamein Al-Kadhimein (A.S.) Medical City, with the participation of a distinguished group of faculty members, including: Prof. Dr. Abdul Kareem Mohammed Prof. Dr. Shatha Hussein Prof. Dr. Lamia Abdul Kareem Prof. Dr. Arej Abdul Abbas Lect. Dr. Saba Abdul-Kadhim
The course aimed to review the latest scientific advancements and clinical applications across various branches of pediatrics, contributing to the enhancement of medical staff’s scientific and practical skills and improving their professional competence. The program included a series of specialized scientific lectures addressing recent topics in pediatric diagnosis, treatment, and clinical care. At the conclusion of the course, participants from the Arab and Iraqi Boards of Pediatrics expressed their gratitude to the Department of Pediatrics for organizing this distinguished scientific event, emphasizing the importance of continuing such activities that promote knowledge exchange and keep pace with modern developments in the field of pediatrics.
