A lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Abdul Amir Jassim Mohammed Al-Khafaji to the Iraqi Board students on Gamma Knife procedures.

A lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Abdul Amir Jassim Mohammed Al-Khafaji to the Iraqi Board students on Gamma Knife procedures for a patient with multiple brain tumors, approximately nine tumors. In a rare operation on October 25, 2024, five tumors were treated, with the remaining tumors to be treated in another session. This is one of the rare cases for a 39-year-old patient with no treatment options other than Gamma Knife. During the procedure, an opportunity was given to provide a lecture to the Iraqi Board students, who attended despite the Saturday holiday, coming from all over Baghdad and other provinces of Iraq.
