On Sunday, August 18, 2024, Master’s student Shaima Ali Hussein from the Department of Pharmacology defended her thesis titled:

**"Effects of Scutellarin and Doxofylline on Cyclophosphamide-Induced Infertility in Male Rats"**

The study aimed to evaluate the protective and therapeutic effects of Scutellarin and Doxofylline on the testes of male rats exposed to a single dose of Cyclophosphamide. The research assessed the Gonadosomatic Index (GSI), sperm parameters (motility, concentration, and viability), levels of sex hormones (LH, FSH, Testosterone), and oxidative stress markers (MDA, AOPP, GPx) in testicular tissues.
