A joint surgical team between neurosurgery and thoracic surgery performed a combined operation on a 25-year-old patient suffering from spinal deviation with lower limb weakness due to severe inflammation and pus accumulation around the spine, along with damage to the ninth and tenth thoracic vertebrae. After conducting the necessary tests, a procedure was carried out involving the opening of the chest cavity, removal of the damaged tissues, and drainage of the pus around the spine. The patient showed significant improvement and was discharged from the hospital in excellent health, thankfully.
