A scientific activity was held at the Al-Kadhimiya Educational Center for the Iraqi and Arab Board, including a lecture on neurosurgery.

As part of the academic activities of the Surgery Department faculty at Al-Nahrain College of Medicine, a scientific event was held at the Al-Kadhimiya Educational Center for the Iraqi and Arab Board of Neurosurgery. The event was attended by the President of the Iraqi Council of Neurosurgery, Professor Dr. Yasser Hamandi, the Head of the Training Center for the Iraqi Board, Professor Dr. Abdul Amir Al-Khafaji, and the Head of the Training Center for the Arab Board, Professor Dr. Ihsan Al-Baldawi. The event included a lecture on neurosurgery and an evaluation exam for the students of both the Iraqi and Arab Boards.
