A Faculty Member from the Supporting Sciences Unit at the College of Medicine Publishes a Chapter in the Palgrave Encyclopedia of the Health Humanities on Springer Nature Link.

Dr. Bushra Juhi Jani, a faculty member at the College of Medicine, has published a chapter in the Palgrave Encyclopedia of the Health Humanities titled "The Medieval Islamic Roots of Medicine and the Medical and Health Humanities," which is available on the Springe Nature Link platform.  

This study contributes to highlighting the cultural and historical foundations of Islamic medicine and its relationship with the emerging academic field of medical and health humanities, opening new avenues for research into the connections between medicine and the humanities.
