A visit to the hospitalized children at Al-Imamain Al-Kadhimain Medical City by faculty members and students from Al-Nahrain College of Medicine.

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Al-Nahrain, Professor Dr. Anis Khalil Nail, a group of faculty members from the Supportive Sciences Unit, accompanied by several faculty members from the college and students (first- and second-year students), visited the hospitalized children at Al-Imamain Al-Kadhimain Medical City on Thursday, December 12, 2024. During the visit, they checked on the condition of the children and offered any possible assistance, in addition to distributing gifts to the children.

At the end of the visit, the families of the patients and the pediatric ward doctors expressed their gratitude for this kind initiative, which brought smiles to the children's faces and helped ease their suffering.

It is worth noting that this voluntary campaign, organized by the College of Medicine with its faculty and students, is part of a series of initiatives, including visits to hospitalized children, orphanages, and elderly homes. These visits aim to serve the community and contribute, as much as possible, to alleviating the suffering of these vulnerable groups.
