Educational Cooperation with the Iraqi University

The Department of Human Anatomy held an educational symposiumwith the College of Dentistry / the Iraqi University on Monday 14/11/2016 where Assistant Professor Dr. Muthanna AbdulAmeer Abdulateef / Chairman of Department presented his lecture "Telemedicine: an Opportunity for Advancement of Health Care in Iraq" on the Conference Hall of the College of Dentistry and attended by the University President, Deans of Colleges of Medicine and Dentistry, in addition to staff members and interested personelle in the Iraqi University.

The symposium discussed the concept of telemedicine and its importance in improving medical care and education in Iraq. The symposium also discussed the obstacles against such projects.

This Symposium was sponsored by Mercy Hands for Humanitarian Aid (NGO) and the Iraqi Telemedicine Center.
