Training course ...Introduction to Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015

Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University Prof. Dr. Anis Khalil Nayel, the Quality Assurance Division organized an intensive training course within the training program for continuing education entitled (Introduction to the international quality management system ISO 9001: 2015), for the period from 23 to 25/9/2019 by (Dr. Fadi Fouad Yacoub), after obtaining the certificate of the head of international auditors from the British Academy of HKV, During the course, the awareness of the concept of quality and the most common international standards in the field of ISO and the definition of special terms in accordance with ISO 9000: 2015 and also the requirements of the international quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 as a preparatory step for the application of this system in the college. There was a questionnaire for the trainees' opinion on the first day of the course and on the last day as well. The chart below shows the knowledge acquisition of the course in the first and second questionnaires.
