A delegation of college students visited the Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him) Orphanage Complex.

17 April 2023

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Anis Khalil Nael, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit organized a charitable volunteer activity. This activity included taking a group of first-year students on a visit to the Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him) Orphanage Complex located in the holy city of Kadhimiyah on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The students were accompanied by the first-year guidance counselor, Ms. Thanaa Hindi Saleh, and the English Language Unit instructor, Dr. Bushra Jouhi Jani. During the visit, the group met with several orphans at the complex and presented them with gifts and clothes as a gesture of compassion during this holy month. It is worth noting that this activity is part of the college's ongoing engagement with various community groups and encourages students to foster a spirit of charity and volunteerism.
