**Training Course titled:

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anis Khalil Nail, a training course was held in the Department of Human Anatomy as part of the Continuing Education Unit's program, titled:

Tissue processing for paraffin blocks and staining for histological research

The course took place on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Building No. 1, Department of Human Anatomy. The course focused on histological tissue preparation of paraffin-embedded tissue samples, including their sectioning and staining with histological dyes. The course covered both theoretical and practical aspects of tissue preparation, staining methods, and examination procedures, as well as common preparation errors and how to avoid them. A group of faculty members from various scientific departments and several postgraduate students from the college attended the course.
