On 20th /5/2018, and as a part of Al-Nahrain University 2018 Awards, and on behalf of the College Council, the Dean of the College of Medicine/ Al-Nahrain University, Prof. Dr. Alaa Ghani Hussein, honoured a number of the college teaching members during the twelfth session of the College Council.On behalf of Prof. Dr. Waseem Fadhil Mohammed, Prof. Dr. Hassan Aziz Al-Hamadani received the Appreciation Certificate for the distinguished teaching professor in medical specialities for the year2018. Assistant Professor Dr. Haidar Ahmed Shamran was honoured for receiving the Patent award and the best published research in medical specialties. On behalf of Assist. Prof. Dr. Abed-Al-Kareem Hameed Abed, Assistant Prof. Dr. Hussein Salih received the Appreciation Certificate for the patent award in medical specialities. Assistant Professor Dr. Qasim Sharhan Haraj was honoured for receiving the Patent award and the best published research in medical specialties. On behalf of the Graduate student, Seifan Najm Alwan Abdullah, Assistant Prof. Dr. Atheer Jawad Abdul Amir received the Appreciation Certificate for the best Doctoral Thesis in medical specialities. The Graduate student, Amjad Qasim Redha, was honoured for obtaining the best Master’s Thesis in medical specialities.
