Election of representative of teaching staff membersin the College Board........

With a rich atmosphere of integrity and democracy and on its main hall, the Collage of Medicine held elections to choose one of the teaching staff members as a representative for them in the College Board on Wednesday, 26 /11/2014.

With the presence of the Dean Prof. Dr. Alaa Ghani Hussein and the elections supervising committee under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Farqad Bader Hamdan; Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, where the targetof this election was to choose one of teaching staff members who will represent them in the College Board to transfer their opinions and problems in order to develop the scientific path in the College. The elections were transparent, and candidates gavebriefs on their scientific C.V. and their capabilities with what they will offer as achievements and future proposals that represent the voices of teachers within the Board.

After the counting of votes received, Assistant Prof. Dr. Ihsan Subhi Albaldawy got most votes because of his high social, administrative and scientific status among professors, and that's what made him fit for this place. At the conclusion of the election session Dr. Ihsanpresented histhanks and appreciation to the Deanery and professors of the college, and wished to be their meaningful sound within the Board to achieve progress and prosperity to develop the scientific march within the college.
