- Academic Integrity: Users must adhere to the College Honor Code. Falsifying records will result in immediate disciplinary action.
- Registration: Enrollment is only valid upon submission of original documents and the required 'Kafala' (financial guarantee) through the Legal Division.
- Intellectual Property: All educational materials, research, and logos are the property of Al-Nahrain University.
- Prohibited Use: Unauthorized attempts to breach the database are subject to legal prosecution under Iraqi law.
