Dean of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University Visits the Consulting Center to Monitor the Quality of Medical Services Provided
The Dean of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anis Khalil Nail, paid a visit to the College’s Consulting Center to review the nature and quality of the medical services provided and to meet with a number of specialist physicians working at the center. His Excellency also met with several patients to listen to their feedback and comments regarding the level of services and how well they meet their needs.
This visit comes as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services and improve performance. In this context, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, in collaboration with the Institutional Accreditation Committee, organized a special questionnaire for patients to assess their satisfaction with the services provided — all under the direct supervision and guidance of the Dean. The Consulting Center is considered one of the distinguished medical centers offering specialized services to the community, overseen by a group of the College’s expert faculty members. These efforts fall within the College’s broader objectives of contributing to the achievement of several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in the fields of health, education, and the promotion of partnerships at various levels.
Such initiatives reaffirm the commitment of Al-Nahrain College of Medicine to its academic and societal mission, and they contribute to strengthening its position in terms of international accreditation standards and global rankings.
