Dean of Al-Nahrain College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Alaa Ghani Hussein Mubarak, displayed criteria on which choosing outstanding employees depend. He also clarified the essential objective of honoring, which is creation of work environment that encourages employees to develop their skills and product reflecting the level of their overall performance of the college, and thus to provide significant services and at all levels, and this effort is to seek completion of the ongoing development march.
