An Outstanding Scientific Participation in the Discussion of a Subspecialty Dissertation in Congenital Heart Diseases

In recognition of Iraqi scientific and professional expertise, Assistant Professor Dr. Sanan Abdul-Razzaq Al-Zubaidi, faculty member at the Department of Pediatrics, College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University, participated as a member of the examination committee for a doctoral dissertation to obtain the subspecialty degree in Congenital Heart Diseases, issued by the Iraqi Board for Medical Specializations.

The discussion took place at Ibn Al-Bitar Cardiac Surgery Hospital and addressed the latest advanced catheterization techniques and procedures used in Iraq for closing multiple atrial septal defects without the need for surgical intervention. The session witnessed remarkable scientific attendance, with the participation of a distinguished group of professors and specialists in the field of congenital heart diseases, reflecting the progress achieved in the area of specialized medicine in the country.
