Participation of the Dean of Al-Nahrain College of Medicine in the First International Conference on Medical Education

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Holy Al-Hussain Shrine held the First International Conference on Medical Education at Al-Sibtain (Peace Be Upon Them) University for Medical Sciences, with wide participation from local and international universities and academic institutions. The conference was attended by Professor Dr. Anees Khalil Nail, Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, along with several faculty members who followed the conference’s activities and scientific sessions, which addressed the latest educational methods in medicine and the prospects for developing medical curricula in accordance with international standards. The event also witnessed a distinguished participation from the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University through the Doctors of Tomorrow Journal, issued by a group of the college’s students. The journal received great interest and appreciation from participants for its scientific content and student perspectives that reflect the awareness and excellence of Al-Nahrain medical students. This participation comes as part of the college’s commitment to strengthening academic collaboration and active engagement in scientific activities that contribute to the advancement of medical education in Iraq.
