.President of Al-Nahrain University inspects Al-Nahrain College of Medicine at Al-Kathimiya campus

President of Al-Nahrain University, Dr. Nabeel Kathim Abdul-Sahib, visited the building of faculty of Medicine in Al-Kadhimiya complex and inspected its own buildings, scientific laboratories and classrooms. He met the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Alaa Ghani Hussein, and discussed many issues concerning the college including the establishment of a consultation clinic ,consultation medical center and alaserclinic for the treatment of skin diseases , activation of Medical Research Unit , provision of Animal House Laboratories , activation and sustainingqualitylaboratories such as medical skills labs for Gynaecology and obstetrics and some other specialities, buying modern medical devices within the college specialities , preparing of geometric plans for the implementation of projects within the future plan of the University , the establishment of a Medical Education Institute and providing grades to fill the rare specialties in the college to raise the scientific level of the college and to achieve maximum benefit for the students . Prof. Nabeel Kathim pointed out to the perpetuation of the Al-Kathimiya complex stadium ,treatment ofrancidwater in the roads between the college and Al-Kadhimiya educational hospital , maintenance of elevators ,set up a new elevator ,gardening and exploitation of empty spaces through the best and safe means which increases the collage beauty. The president of the university also visited new buildings (in progress) of the Faculty of Pharmacy, which have been founded in the university and will accept students in the next academic year.
