President of University of Al-Nahrain visits colleges campus at Al-Kathimiya

President of Al-Nahrain University Professor Dr. Nabeel Kathim Abdul-Sahib met the Deans and professors of the Collages of Medicine, Collage of Law and the Institute of Embryos and assisted techniques of reproduction in Kathimyah on Tuesday, 11.11.2014.

At  the beginning of the meeting, Mr. President of the University, Professor Dr. Nabeell welcomed the Deans and professors and congratulated them for the new academic year .Then, discussion was opened about the completed projects and others under development. Professor Dr. Nabeel also listened to a number of professors speaking about some suffering of teaching staff from problems or obstacles they face in the scientific level during the academic year and finding solutions, and ways to improve the scientific level and communicate with prestegious international universities through the publication of research in international journals and delegation system to be acquainted with modern scientific and medical developments. Besides, he touched on the subject of the displaced students from hot provinces which experience military operations and how to facilitate the reception according to the ministerial instructions, create classrooms and provide the necessary services of laboratories, rooms and seats to accommodate the numbers that are selected. Dr. Nabeel also stressed the need for concerted efforts between the colleges ,university presidency and the ministry and the building of trust between student and professor in order to raise our universities to the level of global universities, Prof. Dr. Nabeel promised another meeting with the administrative staff in order to be close to the employees of colleges of the University , to achieve success and scientific and administrative progress and overcome the difficulties faced by the employees, the professor and the student in order to achieve an advanced scientific edifice through cooperation of everyone.
