Tree-Planting Campaign at the College of Medicine within the Initiative to Plant Five Million Trees
In line with the state’s approach to supporting environmental initiatives and expanding green spaces, and as part of Al-Nahrain University’s efforts to enhance environmental awareness among students and staff, the College of Medicine organized a tree-planting campaign under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Anis Khalil Nail, within the initiative of the Prime Minister, Eng. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, to plant five million trees and palm trees. A number of faculty members, students, and college employees participated in the campaign in a cooperative atmosphere that reflected the spirit of teamwork and responsibility toward the university environment and the nation.
