Al-Nahrain College of Medicine Organizes a Workshop on **The Crime of Moral Harassment in the Workplace**.
Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anees Khalil Nail, the Legal Division, in cooperation with the College’s Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop entitled:
“The Crime of Moral Harassment in the Workplace”
The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Raghda Raed Abdul-Razzaq Al-Haddad and addressed the seriousness of moral harassment in the work environment and its psychological and professional effects on employees. It emphasized that this phenomenon constitutes a violation of human dignity and rights guaranteed by constitutions and international charters. Al-Haddad stressed the importance of confronting such behaviors and promoting a safe work environment based on respect and accountability to protect employees and enhance institutional performance.
