Workshop on Performance Evaluation and Its Standards at the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University
Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anis Khalil Nael, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop entitled “Fundamental Standards for Performance Evaluation and Its Challenges.”
The workshop included a detailed explanation of the performance evaluation forms and the mechanisms for calculating scientific activities, in addition to discussing the major challenges facing the evaluation process and ways to address them. The aim of the workshop was to enhance the awareness of academic and administrative staff regarding the importance of adhering to accurate and objective standards in performance evaluation, thereby contributing to the advancement of institutional quality.
The event witnessed remarkable interaction from the participants, who enriched the discussion with questions and interventions that opened new horizons for development.

At the conclusion of the workshop, emphasis was placed on the importance of continuing to organize such events for their vital role in supporting the university’s progress toward institutional accreditation and consolidating the principles of total quality.
