Al-Nahrain University Spring Festival
Al-Nahrain University has held “Spring Festival” a central ceremony at the main conference hall on Monday, 01/04/2014.
The Deans and Assistants Deans and Heads of Departments of all colleges, specially the College of Medicine/ Al-Nahrain University, represented by the Dean prof. Dr. Alaa Ghani Hussein, his two assistants and a group of college professors.
A number of professors were honored for their scientific innovation, and some other professors were awarded with appreciation certificates including:
Dr. Hashim Mahdi Hashim, President of Internal Medicine Branch as the best pilot professor with continuous service
Assis. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Malik Abdul Amir /Microbiology Branch to Teaching staff member as the best research published in a reputable scientific journal
Dr. Arwa Mujahid Abdullah /Microbiology Branch teaching staff member as the best doctoral thesis of scientific specialties
The college participated in the exhibition which was held at Al-Nahrain University, and with the efforts of the college committee consisting of Assis. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Rahma Abu Ragheef, Assis. Prof. Dr. Maysaa Abdul Razzaq, l. Dr. Raid Jasim, and the programmer, Ahmed Lubnan Hatif, they displayed all innovations activities, master's and doctorate theses, simulation devices for medical skills, a number of research, and published books by the college professors during the year 2013.
The adviser of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Mohsen Abed Ali, and the President of Al-Nahrain College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Al-Asadi, visited the exhibition including the college suit and they appreciated the efforts of the college staff for what activities they offered during the year 2013 ………… Media Unit.
