The Voter Information Update Committee visits the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University to update electoral cards.

As part of the national campaign organized by the Independent High Electoral Commission and launched by the Prime Minister, and based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of Al-Nahrain University, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University welcomed a specialized committee for updating voter information. The aim of the committee’s visit was to facilitate the process of updating electoral cards and to promote participation in the electoral process within the academic community. The committee began its work through a mobile electronic station set up inside the college building (Main Halls), which allowed faculty members and college staff to update their voter information quickly and easily without the need to visit official registration centers outside the university.

The committee’s work included correcting outdated or inaccurate data, as well as registering new voters who had reached the legal age to participate in the elections, thereby contributing to broadening the base of participation and ensuring the accuracy of the electoral register.
