Rituals of repeating medical oath ceremony of graduate students of Faculty of Medicine

With God's blessing and underdirect and generouspatronage of Deanship of Faculty of Medicine, the College held its annual celebration of repeating the medical oath for graduates of the academic year 2013-2014 ,named (peace and development class), in the main conferences room in the college on Tuesday, 21/10/2014. The ceremony began with recitation of verses from Holy Quran ,and then the national anthem, followed by a standing to read "Al-Fatihah" for the souls of our innocent martyrs .After that, a documentary film was displayed about the College since its inception and its achievements. Then Mr. Dean of the College Prof. Dr. Alaa Ghani Hussein delivered a speech on this occasion in which he congratulated the students and their parents for their success and picking fruits of years ofhardwork of study in one of the best colleges. He welcomed the attendee personally and on behalf of employees of the College of Medicine and presented sincere congratulations for thisbrightconstellation for their efforts and successes. He also gave thanks and gratitude to all the efforts of the faculty teaching staff members and all who attend and contribute to the success of this event from the college's family. The first student, Doaa Abdul-Hameed Mothahirparticipatedby speech through which shethankedprofessors and her family for their attention and efforts for the sake of science. Afterward, the medical oath was repeated by the Dean and graduate students in an atmosphere of joy and pride. During the ceremony,

Prof. Dr. Yahiya Yahiya Zaki was honoured for his retirement with a Shield of Collage and a certificate of appreciation for his efforts during many long years of work in the collage. In the the conclusion of the ceremony, the Dean distributed gifts to outstanding students and wished them a bright future full of excellence and success .// Media Unit
