The Women’s Affairs Unit will hold an awareness campaign on **“Periodic Breast Examination: Between Reality and Practice.”**

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine / Al-Nahrain University, Prof. Dr. Anis Khalil Nail, and on the occasion of the International Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Pink October), the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University is organizing an awareness campaign entitled:

“Examine Yourself… for Your Peace of Mind” 

The campaign includes a workshop titled:“Periodic Breast Examination: Between Reality and Practice”,presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Rawa Abdul Sattar – Department of Surgery. The campaign will also feature the participation of second-year students, who will prepare awareness posters, distribute pink brochures, and provide informative cards explaining the steps of breast self-examination. Let us all contribute to promoting health awareness and raise the slogan “Examine Yourself… for Your Peace of Mind.” Wednesday, October 15, 2025 ,10:00 AM Hall No. (1) – College of Medicine / Al-Nahrain University
