A faculty member from Al-Nahrain College of Medicine participates in the defense of a PhD dissertation on congenital heart diseases in patients with Down syndrome.

Assistant Professor Dr. Sinan Abdul Razzaq Al-Zubaidi, a faculty member at the College of Medicine - Al-Nahrain University, participated in the PhD defense committee in the field of Pediatrics within the Iraqi Board of Medical Specializations, which took place at the Children's Protection Hospital - Medical City. The dissertation focused on congenital heart diseases and defects in patients with Down syndrome, shedding light on the available treatments, catheter-based interventions, and surgeries conducted both inside and outside Iraq.
