Dr. Wissam Fadel Al-Tamimi Participates in the European Hematology Association Conference in Milan

Prof. Dr. Wissam Fadel Al-Tamimi, Professor of Hematology and Internal Medicine and a faculty member in the Department of Internal Medicine at the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University, as well as a member of the European Hematology Association (EHA), participated in the annual conference of the European Hematology Association held in Milan, Italy, from June 12 to 15, 2025. The conference addressed the latest advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of blood cancers and lymphomas, as well as bleeding disorders and anemia. It also discussed key developments in CAR T-cell therapy, which represents a promising and modern approach in the treatment of complex hematological diseases. Dr. Al-Tamimi’s participation comes within the framework of enhancing international scientific collaboration and exchanging expertise with a distinguished group of scientists and medical specialists at the global level.
