Successful Removal of a Large Adrenal Tumor by a Surgical Team from the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University

A surgical team from the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, led by Prof. Anees Khalil Nail, the Dean of the College, successfully performed an adrenal gland removal for a patient suffering from morbid obesity. The operation was conducted at Al-Imamein Al-Kadhimein Medical City / Al-Kadhimiya Teaching Hospital, where the team was able to completely remove the affected gland despite the complexity of the case. This achievement reflects the high level of academic and surgical competence that distinguishes the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, and underscores its role in providing advanced medical services and contributing to the treatment of complex surgical cases, thereby supporting and enhancing the health sector in service of patients.
