A scientific symposium, entitled (obesity in children), was held at the Pediatrics Branch at Al-Nahrain College of Medicine on Tuesday, 10.02.2015. With the presence of the Dean professor Dr. Alaa Ghani Hussein, a number of teaching specialists' staff members, medics, and the sixth stage students, Professor Dr. Salim Rahma Shannon headed the session with Professor Dr. Shatha Ali Hussein and with the participation of Professor Dr. Sawsan Sati' Al- Haidari
