Awareness Poster at Al-Nahrain College of Medicine on Cosmetic Toxicity

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, Prof. Dr. Anis Khalil Nail, and as part of the activities of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and the sustainable development programs aimed at promoting health and environmental awareness, enhancing students’ scientific and research skills, and enabling them to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application, an educational scientific poster titled "Cosmetic Toxicity" was presented.

The event was supervised by Lecturer Bayader Abdul-Hussein with active participation from second-year students:

The poster addressed the health and environmental risks associated with the use of cosmetics containing toxic substances and emphasized the importance of choosing safe products free of harmful compounds.

It is worth noting that this activity reflects the college's commitment to promoting sustainable health practices and encouraging students to adopt scientific thinking in addressing contemporary issues.
