The Dean of the College of Medicine Meets with Postgraduate Students and Emphasizes the Importance of the Degree and Supporting the Academic Journey

As part of direct engagement with postgraduate students and in an effort to foster a constructive academic dialogue, the main hall of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University hosted an important meeting between the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Anis Khalil Nael, and postgraduate students. The meeting was also attended by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, the Head of the Scientific Division, and the Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division.

During the meeting, the Dean listened to the students’ most pressing needs and suggestions, which focused on ways to enhance the scientific research environment and provide the necessary resources for postgraduate studies, thereby contributing to the improvement of academic performance. He affirmed the College's commitment to supporting postgraduate students, considering them a fundamental pillar in the advancement of knowledge and scientific research. He also emphasized the importance of a postgraduate degree and the scientific, academic, and professional responsibility it represents.

The meeting was met with positive engagement from the students, who expressed their appreciation for such direct interactions, as they help convey their voices and overcome challenges in their educational journey.
