Training Course at Al-Nahrain College of Medicine on the Meanings and Components of Body Language

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, Prof. Dr. Anees Khalil Nail,
the Continuing Education Unit organized a training course titled:

“The Meanings and Components of Body Language.”

The course featured the participation of Asst. Lect. Taghreed Khalid Mohsen and Asst. Lect. Zahraa Abdulameer Halboos, and covered various topics highlighting the importance of body language as a form of nonverbal communication that helps understand the thoughts and intentions of others. It also emphasized how body language enhances effective human communication both within and outside the workplace. The lecturers focused on how to use body language positively in daily and professional situations, contributing to building trust and improving personal and professional relationships. They explained that understanding body signals, facial expressions, and hand and eye movements plays a vital role in developing communication, management, and interpersonal skills with awareness and social intelligence. The course witnessed active participation from a number of faculty members and staff who engaged with the presented topics and offered valuable insights that enriched the discussion and promoted the exchange of practical experiences.
