Vision for the future to create a positive environment for cooperation with ministry of health/department of surgery

To create a positive environment we should know the  aims of establishing a teaching hospital:

1-qualified medical services for the patients.

2-medical teaching and training services.

The teaching staff (clinical medical doctors) have the following responsibilities in the teaching hospital:

1-clinical teaching for undergraduate medical students.

2-clinical teaching and supervision for postgraduate doctors  to be qualified in their specialities

3-supervise and trained  the postgraduate doctors in clinical master and diploma .

4-medical services for the patients.

For better outcome in medical and teaching services, the ministry of health should provide different logistics and administrative instructions .
