Faculty of Medicine -University of Al-Nahrain organizes an expanded meeting to support the armed forces and to confront the terrorist organizations

Due to the exceptional circumstances experienced by our dear country, and rumors and psychological war launched by the terrorist organization "ISIS "and remnants of the Baath sabotage and T.V. satellite channels supporting them, the Faculty of Medicine - University of Al-Nahrain and by the sponsorship of Mr. Dean Prof. Dr. (Alaa Ghani Hussein Mubarak) held an expanded meeting on4.9.2014 .The meeting was attendedby employees of the college faculty and teaching staff. the meeting beganby a speech made by Mr. Dean in which he confirmed the standing of all Iraqi people with all its spectra and ethnic groups as one man responding to the appeal of the wise reference and its historical advisory opinion (Aljihad Alkifai ) to defend their land, honor and sanctities against the barbaricferociousattacks led by remnants of (ISIS) and dissolved Baath Party that destroyed land, people ,mosques, churches and places of worship ,attacked the innocents and defenseless ,raped women and killed children of all communities and minorities, all of that to distort thespotlessimage of Islam and to offend the last of the prophets and the religion of truth by their barbarian practices that are far away from the Islamic religion. His excellency also stressed on the support of the armed forces and rebelling theruthlessrumors’ attack against the army by sectarian T.V satellite channels and tendentious media, which undermines the morale of citizens, reminding ourselves to be aware of and attentive to the means of malicious enemies. He concluded the meeting by reminding us about the heroic stance of the city (Amerly Al-Somood) and victories which have its premises began by liberating this city. This is a clear testament to the beginning of the end for the elimination of all evil criminals who violates Iraq ground and dignity. This victory is a victory for all Iraqis, a victory that reminds us of brothers who gave their lives imitating the Sir of Martyrs (Imam Hussein )(peace be upon him) who gave his delight ,sacrificed his children ،family (Al- -Bait) and all his friends in order to uphold the word of Islam and to preserve it from harm done by claimers and rogues; and our brothers Fighters who are patient and persevering in brigades of the public defense struggling and fighting side by side with members of the armed forces in order to achieve a clear victory. // Media Unit
