Abstract
Out of 30 colorectal carcinoma cases. 9 as 70%were positive for JCV in real time PCR, compared to 4 as 20% out of 20 normal colonic tissue biopsies. And 26 as 86.7% were positive for LT-Ag expression in immunohistochemistry, whereas non of the normal colonic tissue were positive
