Research Interests
My publications are focused on the intersection of stem cells, biomaterials, and growth factors delivery for tissue regeneration and curing certain health problems. Novel peptide-based nanoparticles, novel biodegradable polymers, and bone tissue engineering scaffolds are fabricated, and cell studies were conducted to design new practical and potentially industrialized systems for biomedical applications. Several techniques such as 2D and 3D cell cultures, western blotting, ELISA, Rt-PCR, and FT-IR, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, fluorescent microscopy, Particle Size Analyzer DLS, Rheometer TA, TGA, and FPLC are applied. |
