The validation of the non-invasive radiological tools to replace invasive procedures like Endoscopic
retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)for diagnosis of biliary obstructive disease become
essential in modern medical practice. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) is best
alternative for ERCP regarding diagnostic aspects.
