1-Frequency of Norovirus and Entameoba histolytica in childhood diarrhea in post-rotavirus vaccination

2-A study of viral load of HHV6 DNA in a sample of Iraqi patients during the first year after kidney transplantation

3-HLA-DR Genotyping & the possible role of Chlamydia pneumonia in Multiple Sclerosis

4-The role of ATG16L1(T300A) and uropathogenic Escherichia coli in urinary tract infection

5- Molecular and conventional methods for detection and differentiation of Candida species isolated from a sample of Iraqi patients with immunocompromized status with pulmonary symptoms

6-Molecular identification of Helicobacter pylori and screening for Clarithromycin resistant mutation in Iraqi patients with different gastric pathologies
