University Psychological Counseling Unit at Al-Nahrain College of Medicine Organizes a Counseling Lecture on the Conscious Use of Social Media Platforms

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Anees K. Nile, Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, and as part of the activities of the University Psychological Counseling Unit, Dr. Haider Fares delivered a counseling lecture entitled :

“The Conscious Use of Social Media Platforms”

 for a group of students.The lecture introduced the University Psychological Counseling Unit, explaining its operational procedures and the services it provides to students. It also outlined the available communication channels through which students can contact the unit via its official social media pages.

Furthermore, the lecture emphasized the importance of using social media platforms consciously and responsibly and leveraging them positively to develop personal skills, enhance digital awareness, and support students’ academic achievement.

This lecture is part of Al-Nahrain College of Medicine’s ongoing efforts to promote psychological and educational awareness among students and foster responsible digital behavior, thereby contributing to a supportive university environment that facilitates their academic and personal development.
