Discussion of the Iraqi Board Research on the Clinical and Pathological Evaluation of Malignant Soft Tissue Sarcomas
On February 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine hosted the discussion of the research conducted by the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations (ICMS) candidate Hiba Mohammed Salman, entitled:
“Clinical and Pathological Evaluation of Malignant Sarcoma Sarcoma in a Sample of Adult and Elderly Iraqi Patients.”
The study aimed to investigate malignant soft tissue sarcomas in adult and elderly patients, analyzing their distribution according to histological type, degree of differentiation, and tumor stage among Iraqi patients. The findings were compared with local, regional, and international studies.
