A Training Course on Clinical Assessment within the Examination and Evaluation Program at Al-Nahrain University College of Medicine

Under the patronage of the 
Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Anis Khalil Nayel, the activities of the Examinations and Evaluation Course organized by the specialized unit in the college continue as part of its efforts to develop assessment mechanisms and enhance the quality of medical education.
The course included a lecture delivered by Lecturer Dr. Aws Sabah Ghani, in which he discussed methods of clinical assessment in medical education, reviewing the most prominent approaches used to evaluate students’ skills during clinical training. The session also witnessed fruitful scientific discussions, where attendees enriched the dialogue with their teaching experiences and exchanged views on the best ways to apply these methods in clinical training for undergraduate students as well as professional postgraduate medical specialty programs.
It is expected that this workshop will be followed by other workshops within the training program, contributing to strengthening the integration between the theoretical and practical aspects of medical education pathways in the college. This will help consolidate academic excellence standards and enhance the outcomes of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University.
