Ramadan Initiative to Promote Social Solidarity at the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anis Khalil Nayel, and in harmony with the noble humanitarian values of the holy month of Ramadan, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College— with the active participation of students—organized a charitable initiative entitled:

“Cooperate in Righteousness and Charity during the Holy Month of Ramadan.”

The initiative included the distribution of food baskets to a number of supporting staff and employees of the College, in a step that embodies the spirit of solidarity and mutual support among members of the university community and reflects the humanitarian values the College seeks to instill through its various activities.
This initiative comes as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to strengthen bonds of cooperation and build strong human relationships among its members, as well as to contribute to achieving sustainable development goals by promoting a culture of giving and social responsibility, particularly during the month of mercy and forgiveness.
