Honoring of professors of Al-Nahrain College of Medicine on Al-Nahrain Spring Festival in University Presidency.

Al-Nahrain University held the central ceremony within Al-Nahrain Spring Festival at grand conference hall on Thursday, 30/4/2015, with the presence of the professors and students. At the beginning of the ceremony, professor Dr. Farqad Bader Hamdan delivered address expressing his thanks and appreciation to the presidency of Al-Nahrain University for sponsoring Al-Nahrain colleges and endless concern in the activities of the college of Medicine as well as permanent support.

The ceremony included honoring of the outstanding professors in scientific field and distribution of a number of shields and certificates to a group of college professors including Professor Assistant Dr. Haider Baha'a by beating the best doctoral thesis in the field of specialty as well as honoring the L. Dr. Haider Ahmed Shamran for the best scientific research as well as a number of other outstanding professors in the field of their specialties.

As the celebration was completed with the honoring of the college team for being winners for several championships, held by the University within the activities of the current sport season, where Al-Nahrain College of Medicine team won the first places in most championships. The President of Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Nabeel Kathim AbdulSahib appraised the exerted efforts of the college for its activities during 2015.
