As Part of Ongoing Educational Follow-up, the Dean of the College of Medicine Conducts a Clinical Training Round and Delivers a Practical Surgery Session for Sixth-Year Students
As part of the continuous field follow-up of the educational process and with the commencement of the 2026–2027 academic year for sixth-year medical students, which began on 12 July 2026, the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anees K. Nile, conducted a clinical training round in the Surgery course as part of the College's approved clinical teaching session at Al-Imamain Al-Kadhimain (PBUH) Medical City.
The visit included the delivery of a practical clinical teaching session, during which the Dean directly supervised the students' clinical training and emphasized the importance of strengthening the practical aspect of medical education by integrating theoretical knowledge with clinical practice. He noted that this approach plays a vital role in preparing students with the scientific competence and essential clinical skills required for their future medical careers.
