Al-Nahrain University College of Medicine Hosts a Joint Scientific Event on Metabolic Bone Diseases

In an effort to strengthen scientific collaboration among medical specialties and enhance the quality of clinical practice and healthcare provided to patients, the Iraqi Diabetes and Endocrinology Association, in cooperation with the Department of Internal Medicine at the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University, and in collaboration with the Iraqi Bone and Joint Health Association, held a joint scientific event at the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University.

The event brought together a distinguished group of specialists in endocrinology, joint diseases, and rheumatology to discuss the symptoms and diseases of metabolic bone disorders and their complications, while highlighting the latest diagnostic and therapeutic approaches used in managing these conditions.

The event aimed to unify medical expertise and efforts among relevant specialties, contributing to the early diagnosis of osteoporosis and endocrine disorders, reducing the risks of fractures and associated complications, developing daily medical practices, and improving the quality of healthcare provided to Iraqi patients.

The event also emphasized the importance of continued scientific collaboration and knowledge exchange among specialized medical institutions and professional associations, thereby enhancing the quality of healthcare services and advancing the standard of medical practice in Iraq.
