Students of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University Participate in Providing Medical Services to Visitors during the Arbaeen Pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him)

Medical Students of Al-Nahrain University Continue Their Volunteer Service During the Arbaeen Pilgrimage

As part of reinforcing the values of volunteerism and community service, students of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University continue their active participation in providing healthcare and first-aid services to visitors commemorating the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), through medical units deployed across the holy city of Karbala. This field experience enhances their professional skills and embodies their humanitarian mission, reflecting an approach adopted by many Iraqi medical colleges during the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

Sixth-year student Fatima Haitham Jaafar participated in the medical unit at Al-Tall Al-Zaynabi, affiliated with Al-Mithaq Medical Group, from 15 Safar to 20 Safar, where she contributed to providing medical services and first aid to the visitors.

Sixth-year student Ahmed Majid also participated in providing medical services at the medical unit in Imam Awn – Holy Karbala, from 15 Safar to 19 Safar, contributing to the care of visitors and providing them with healthcare services.
