Al-Nahrain University College of Medicine Organizes an Awareness Lecture on the Sustainable Development Goals

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anees K. Nile, and as part of the activities of the College’s University Psychological Counseling Unit, an awareness lecture was held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, for a group of students under the title:

“Awareness for Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals”

The lecture was delivered by the Head of the Unit, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan Nasser Mohsen, and addressed the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), their various dimensions, and the role of university students in raising community awareness and contributing to the achievement of these goals. The lecture also emphasized the importance of strengthening social responsibility and fostering a culture of sustainable development among students.
