The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University Prof. Dr. Alaa Ghani Hussain attended the joint meeting between the Ministries of Higher Education and the Ministry of Health and Environment in the presence of Minister of Education Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Essa and Minister of Health Dr. Adelah Hamoud. The meeting emphasized availability of scientific and logistical support for the project, which will provide additional impetus to the area of medical specialties. The participants discussed a number of joint files, that stand in the forefront of supporting doctors , developing medical services , appointing the first students and documents of graduates of the medical group. The attendees reviewed the possible measures to support scholarships and training in the specialties of psychiatry, clinical psychology , physiotherapy and artificial limbs .
